2. Data we collect
We only process data you send us voluntarily:
- identity and contact details (name, email, phone) via form, email or booking request;
- message content (goals, availability, B2B context if relevant);
- anonymised usage statistics if you accept analytics cookies.
We do not collect sensitive health data through the website. Any medical information shared during coaching remains confidential and is never used for marketing.
3. Purposes
- reply to enquiries and schedule sessions;
- quotes, invoicing and client follow-up;
- improve the website (aggregated stats) only with analytics consent;
- meet legal obligations (accounting, limited retention).
4. Legal basis
Pre-contractual / contractual steps (booking, coaching), legitimate interest (site security), and consent for Google Analytics.
5. Cookies & analytics
A consent banner appears on first visit. You may accept or refuse Google Analytics, and change your choice via the “Cookies” link in the footer.
- Essential: stores your choice locally — no advertising tracking.
- Analytics (optional): Google Analytics 4 only if you accept. Purpose: traffic statistics (IP anonymized). Processor: Google.
Without acceptance, no Google Analytics script is loaded.
6. Recipients & transfers
Access limited to Romain Collin. Website host and, where applicable, Google (Analytics) under their policies. We do not sell personal data.
7. Retention
- prospect messages: as long as needed to handle the request, then deletion or limited archive;
- clients: duration of the relationship plus applicable accounting rules;
- technical logs: short period linked to security / hosting.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law (GDPR / Swiss FADP): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability where applicable. Email contact@coachmontreux.ch. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority.
9. Security
Reasonable measures (HTTPS, restricted mailbox access). No system is perfect — report any suspicious incident to the address above.
