I have been where you are
Herniated disc, discopathy, moments when moving was impossible. I know the fear, frustration and exhaustion — not just on paper.
Montreux · Herniated disc · Discopathy
I do not offer generic "back exercises" from a catalogue. I went through a serious injury — herniated disc and discopathy — and had to find my own way through it.
During my career, I faced a serious back injury: herniated disc and discopathy. There were times when I could not move at all. I was never operated on. Today I am doing very well — but that did not happen by chance: I had to learn, test, adjust, and sometimes start over.
This experience changes everything about how I support someone with back pain. Serious back pain is not theory for me. It is a reality I lived through. That is what sets me apart from most professionals who apply standard prescribed exercises — often barely relevant for your back, your history, your phase of pain.
BOOK A SESSIONWhat makes the difference
Herniated disc, discopathy, moments when moving was impossible. I know the fear, frustration and exhaustion — not just on paper.
I was never operated on. My journey shows there are progressive, demanding but possible paths when you respect the body and adapt the work.
No generic sheet copied and pasted. Every session takes into account your diagnosis, your day (acute pain or stable phase) and what actually works.
Method
Understanding your medical history, current pain, what you have already tried — and what made things worse or better.
Core strengthening, targeted mobility, breathing, adapted Pilates, yoga, stretching — always at your pace, never through pain.
The goal: regain confidence in movement, return to adapted activity and know what to do — or not do — day to day.
Who is it for?
In Montreux, Vevey, La Tour-de-Peilz and the Vaud Riviera.
Acute phase or remission — support to gradually regain mobility and strength without rushing the back.
Chronic pain, stiffness, recurring episodes: patient work to stabilise and strengthen in depth.
Stopped exercising for fear of pain? I help you return safely, with the eye of a coach and someone who has been there.
Posture, core work, daily habits: avoid the back spiralling again after a first crisis.
I am a sports coach and educator, not a doctor. My support complements medical care; in case of acute pain or neurological symptoms, consult a healthcare professional first.
